DETROIT – Dec. 1, 2020 – PRLog — Up to Par Management and the Michigan Golf Course Owners Association are pleased to announce Sean Taylor as featured speaker at the Michigan Golf Business Annual Conference and Fair.
Taylor is a dedicated club and course operations leader and PGA member with more than 20 years of experience. He founded Up to Par Management after identifying a market need for solutions-oriented golf business practices. A believer in people and processes, Taylor’s work is guided by Six Sigma initiatives as well as enhancing associate engagement through training programs. Up to Par offers more than 100 years of combined club management experience from the senior leadership staff.
In his first session, Drive Employee Engagement Drive Property Performance, Taylor will address the direct relationship between employee engagement and profitability. He’ll also share measurement tools to continuously improve your team’s performance and training processes to ensure the team delivers on your property’s brand.
In his second session, Food and Beverage: 8 Ways to Make Yourself More Profitable, Taylor will share his most effective and proven revenue-generating actions as well as testimonials of how these were implemented in the dozens of clubs and community associations he’s helped thrive. He’ll discuss F&B trends, coming out of COVID, and specific strategies you can take to increase F&B and event revenue. He’ll also walk through the steps of designing, training, measuring, and reporting that lead to success in their restaurants, bars, event spaces, and hospitality centers.
