Club and hospitality management company celebrates staff excellence with Try Hard Awards

ROANOKE, Va. – Jan. 14, 2021 – PRLog — Up to Par Management and Taylor Hospitality, leaders in club and hospitality management, have selected the winners for its January Try Hard Awards. Awards were presented at the company’s Town Hall meeting, held virtually, on January 14.

“These awards help us highlight our teammates who strive to make us the best in the industry,” explains Sean Taylor, founder of Up To Par Management and Taylor Hospitality. “We selected five staff members whose contributions are exemplary within their department and across the company.”

This month’s Try Hard Award winners are:

The Try Hard Award is a way for Up To Par to recognize associates who go above and beyond in their role, delivering on our purpose and displaying our core values. Candidates are not necessarily the loudest or most noticeable, but are often the ones who are quietly and faithfully working within their roles.

Candidates are nominated by our managers once a month. A winner is chosen by our senior leadership team and recognized at our monthly Town Hall meetings as well as receiving a gift card as a token of appreciation for their hard work and commitment.

Up To Par recognizes these ‘Try Hards’ because they are the ones who all in and committed to doing the work, outworking their peers. They take ownership of their position and execute on what they say they are going to do. Most importantly, these exemplary associates have a positive impact on their team, supervisors, and the guests and members of their respective property.
